2, Minimum order and Lead time
- Minimum order in value: US$ 3000(you can mix designs)
- Minimum quantity: + 50 pieces/design(for products in base of bamboo, MDF, ceramic)
+ 100 pieces/designs(for products in base of composite plastic)
- Lead time: +The minimum order takes 45 days
+ Bigger order may take more time(this will be informed later )
3, Sample:
Your sample orders are perceived as Retail orders. If you are dealing with Asia- Crafts for the first time, the sample charges including postage fees will be paid by purchaser and sample extra cost will be refunded as long as you make the first order with us.
From the second order, the sample cost will be Free for our customers as resellers, wholesales and importers. One customer should require no more than TWO items as free sample for one product kind which will be delivered by Post office, DHL, FedEx, EMS or TNT as customer expense.
4, Payment:
a, Payment method: - T/T - L/C - Western Union b, Payment term: The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers unless otherwise stated in writing:
- For the order with value under US$5,000, please pay in advance - For the order with value over US$5,000 and under US$20,000: Please deposit 50 % at before production and T/T 5 days before shipment - For the order with value over US$ 20,000: We accept to use LC at signed.
5. Shipping information:
Shipment could be arranged through both air and sea freight CARGO,even DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT as requested.
"Sea Cargo" -Two alternatives are possible:
*FCL (Full Container Load), That means that buyer will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot containerwhatever he will put inside. He can ship the goods whenever he wants, and like that synchronize whit heproduction schedule.
*LCL (Less than Container Load), That means that the buyer cannot fill a full container, in this case, theshipping company charge per cubic meter. The container will only be shipped, when the container will be full, with other cargo’s customers.
"Air Cargo":
*Cargo shipment - If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, and if you has to be fast, Air cargo is a good solution. The buyer will pay per kgs or per volumetric kgs.(Depend which one is the heaviest).
*Fast shipment - If your shipment is very urgent (samples for example), you can use some expresscourier services like DHL, TNT, Fedex or UPS... This is the fastest way to ship goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive.
6. Return Policy
We just accept your complaints after order arrivals are confirmed by E-mail or a telephone/ fax.
You are advised to check the items at the point time of opening and make announcement of returns or exchanges by E- mail, telephone or fax within one week after the order arrival.
Since handcrafted products are not uniform ones made by machine, size or color tone may sometimes differ delicately within a package of items. Please refrain from returning or exchanging our products for such reason.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges for the items that has been used or damaged by the customers themselves.
The poor conditions of goods:
Dirty of broken items at the point time of items receipt.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, in the very unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition or wrong items were shipped... We will send you a replacement at no cost If you are dissatisfied any item, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order and shipping charges for returns and replacement products are paid by the customer, returns must be packed carefully and returned in original condition.
7. Refund
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible
